'Divine Mischief' USA Performances

Just back from an incredible few weeks in Florida! First stop was the University of Florida, where I had the pleasure of performing John Mackey's concerto Divine Mischief with the University of Florida Bands and Chip Birkner. Alongside the performance, I gave a masterclass for the Clarinet Studio, coached a little chamber music, and served as a judge for the clarinet concerto competition. I also had the opportunity to visit several middle and high schools in the area—always a highlight!

Next, I headed to Tampa to perform with the University of South Florida and Matt McCutchen as part of the Clarinet Festival. The event featured the concerto as well as fantastic performances from two high school clarinet choirs and a large community clarinet choir. I also led another masterclass to round out an inspiring few weeks of music-making! A HUGE thank you to Vandoren USA for making it all happen- Julian
